Farewell and cultural program at UAP

 

University of Asia Pacific (UAP) has organized a farewell to the outgoing students of fall 2013 and a cultural program at the Institute of Engineers Bangladesh in Ramna on April 27, 2014.

Acting Chairperson of UAP Board of Trustees (BOT) Mr. Qayum Reza Chowdhury addressed the program as chief guest and Professor Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, VC UAP chaired the program.

In his address, Mr. Qayum Reza Chowdhury asked the students to work as an ambassador of UAP at all layers of the country and abroad.

UAP is going to start an office for career service to make the students competent and ready for current employment opportunities, Professor Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury said while addressing the function.

Pro VC Professor Dr. M. R. Kabir advised the students to be registered in UAP alumni through UAP website www.uap-bd.edu. BOT members Mr. C. M. Shafi Sami and Mr. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Registrar Md. Abdul Mazid also spoke in the program.

Two students representing Fall 2013 also spoke and shared about their students life at UAP. The program was attended by UAP-BOT members, faculties, staffs, students and parents.
